1. Provider

2. Service Description

HalloKit is a digital appointment kit for German as a foreign language. The service provides prep checklists, pocket cards, and structured conversation rehearsals for real German appointments (e.g. registering an address, housing, health insurance, doctor visits). One free scenario (Anmeldung) is permanently available without payment. A one-time payment grants lifetime access to the full Germany Pack (the “Lifetime Licence”).

3. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when you complete the checkout process via Paddle and receive a confirmation email. The contract language is English.

4. Pricing and Payment

The Germany Pack (Lifetime Licence) is a one-time payment with no subscription. It is currently offered at the one-time price shown on the pricing and checkout pages. The final amount shown at checkout includes any applicable VAT or sales tax, which Paddle collects and remits as Merchant of Record.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds may be processed through Paddle as Merchant of Record.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

The Germany Pack unlocks on your account immediately after payment. One scenario (Anmeldung) is permanently free so you can evaluate the product before buying.

Consumers in the UK or EU may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may end once access begins if the consumer requested immediate supply and acknowledged the consequence during checkout. 6. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, HalloKit offers an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee for the Germany Pack. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email info@hallokit.com within 14 days of purchase (include the email address used for checkout) and we will issue a full refund.

When a refund is issued, premium access to the Germany Pack will be removed from the account. This guarantee does not limit any statutory rights you may have. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record in line with Paddle's Refund Policy. Full cancellation details are at hallokit.com/widerruf.

7. Licence (Lifetime Access)

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the full scenario library via your account. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of the content is not permitted.

8. Availability

We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to losses caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, except where the law does not permit such limitation (e.g. personal injury caused by our negligence). Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings there.

11. Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

Please contact us first at info@hallokit.com. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. EU consumers can find the current list of national dispute-resolution bodies on the European Commission consumer-redress site.
