We start with official federal, state, municipal, public-health, transport, and consumer-protection sources when a guide describes a process or requirement. For everyday language topics, we also use established language-learning and public information sources. Each guide lists the sources used for its factual context.
We turn the likely rhythm of a real interaction into short, reusable phrases that stay simple enough to use at the counter. Before publication, we check the guide against its cited sources, review German wording and English meaning, and add an editorial note wherever local variation or professional advice matters. Guides show publication and update dates, and procedural guides list their supporting sources. We revisit content when a cited process changes or feedback identifies a material issue.
