How this applies to HalloKit
HalloKit is digital content that unlocks on your account immediately after payment. At checkout you confirm that you want instant access. Once the Germany Pack is unlocked, the statutory 14-day cancellation right described below no longer applies.
Separately, HalloKit offers an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. When a refund is issued, premium access to the Germany Pack is removed from the account.
One scenario (Anmeldung) is free without payment so you can try the product first. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. For refunds or billing issues, contact info@hallokit.com or paddle.net.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, HalloKit offers an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee for the Germany Pack. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email info@hallokit.com within 14 days of purchase (include the email address used for checkout) and we will issue a full refund.
When a refund is issued, premium access to the Germany Pack will be removed from the account. This guarantee does not limit any statutory rights you may have. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us — SESSILE STUDIO LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, email: info@hallokit.com — by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract while still eligible, Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which your cancellation is received. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
