Pricing questions
Will this actually help me at the Bürgeramt?
Yes — if you do the Anmeldung scenario at least once before your appointment. The scenario covers the exact rhythm of a real registration: opening politely, giving your move-in date, naming the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung, asking the official to slow down, and leaving with the Meldebestätigung. Most people who fail at the Bürgeramt do so because of one or two missing phrases, not because they don't know German at all. This fills those gaps.
How long does each scenario take?
Between 6 and 13 minutes per run. Most scenarios have 5–6 turns with 3 choices each. You can replay any scenario as many times as you like — the path changes depending on which choices you make.
Can I get a refund after purchase?
Yes. HalloKit offers a voluntary 14-day refund promise. If the Germany Pack is not useful for your German appointments, email info@hallokit.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the payment and remove premium access from the account. This promise is in addition to your statutory cancellation rights as an EU or UK consumer.
Do I need to create an account first?
You can try the free Anmeldung chapter without an account. Saving progress and accessing premium appointments requires a free account.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, lifetime access. You keep the full appointment kit — current rehearsals, prep, pocket cards, and any future additions to the Germany Pack — with no recurring charge.
