Purpose-built appointment practice
Built for the whole visit, not one sentence.
A translation gives you one sentence. HalloKit gives you a reviewed appointment sequence: what to prepare, what you may hear, how to recover, and which phrases to carry into the real appointment.
- Reviewed preparationProcedural guidance is separated from language coaching, reviewed, dated, and linked to authoritative sources where applicable.
- A complete rehearsalPractice the actual order of the conversation, including the moments where you need a clarification or a document is missing.
- Something to take with youLeave with a compact pocket card for appointment day, ready to read at the counter.
HalloKit supports language practice and appointment preparation. It does not replace official municipal guidance or legal, medical, or financial advice.

Pricing questions
Is this a German course?
No. HalloKit is an appointment kit, not a grammar course. You rehearse one visit: what it is, what to bring, and what to say, with the English meaning beside each line.
Will this actually help me at the Bürgeramt?
It can help you rehearse useful language before the appointment. The Anmeldung scenario practices opening politely, giving a move-in date, naming the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung, asking the official to slow down, and requesting the Meldebestätigung. Procedures vary, so confirm current document requirements with your Bürgeramt.
How long does each scenario take?
About 5–10 minutes per run. Each rehearsal has 5–9 steps with 3 answers to choose from. You can replay any scenario as many times as you like.
Can I get a refund after purchase?
Yes. HalloKit offers an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Germany Pack for any reason, email info@hallokit.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund and remove Germany Pack access from the account. This guarantee does not limit any statutory rights that apply to you.
Do I need to create an account first?
You can try the free Anmeldung rehearsal without an account. To buy the pack, pay first in Paddle, then create a login with the same email to open it.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, lifetime access. You keep the full appointment kit (current rehearsals, prep, pocket cards, and any future additions to the Germany Pack) with no recurring charge.
